Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. All orders are charged to the form of payment used at checkout when the order is placed. Please review your order before completing the checkout process. At this time, we cannot edit or adjust an order once it has been placed. Please reference the 'Cancelled Orders' section for more information on order adjustments.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays or standard/expedited orders placed after 1pm PST will ship on the next business day. Saturday delivery is not gauranteed at this time. The Maven West warehouse and office will be closed on weekends and holidays.
We will provide a FEDEX / USPS tracking number once your order has shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date. Please note that we cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.
We ship to the United States, and to international addresses (international order minimum is $300) . We are unable to ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses.
Return Policy
We want you to love every purchase. Unless otherwise noted, all items purchased from MavenWestClothing.com can be returned for store credit or a refund. Please note we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations. All items marked "Sale" or "Final Sale" on the Maven West website and/or at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
**At this time, Maven West will not be providing FREE return labels unless otherwise stated or updated by the Maven West Customer Service team or within Mavenwestclothing.com. **
All returns must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date and return packages must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery. A Return Request can be submitted to Info@mavenwestclothing.com at ANY TIME or day within the 7 day window. The returning shipment carrier must have possession of your returned order within 14 days of the delivery date. If an item is purchased as a gift, provided the item is not marked "sale" or "final sale", is returnable for store credit or full refund if requested before return shipment is delivered to Maven West and is within the above stated policy.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, including the unaltered price tag, and/or the “Please Inspect” tag, attached. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, makeup stained or damaged of any kind – no exceptions. Maven West reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return criteria.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 business days once the return is received. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges.
Please note that during promotion periods, promotional offers cannot be applied towards previous purchases or applied after a purchase has been processed during the marketed promotion.
Exchanges
Feel free to contact the Maven West customer service team via the Contact Page or email at Info@mavenwestclothing.com to request an exchange for an item(s) in your order. All exchanges must be authorized by our customer service team before the item(s) are delivered to the Maven West office.
An item can only be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color. If you would like to exchange an item(s) for a different style, you can return the item and receive store credit or a full refund (excluding the shipping cost) to purchase the new item at any time (product availability may vary once the store credit or full refund is processed).
The item(s) that are to be exchanged must be unworn/unwashed, in original condition with the original tags attached in order to successfully complete the exchange process. Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer's address provided at checkout.
Please be advised that all exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date and return packages must be received by the return shipment carrier within 14 days of the original delivery date of the order.
Cancelled Orders
At this time, we cannot edit or adjust an order once it has been placed. Feel free to request to cancel an order before it has been processed by contacting our Customer Service Team or at Info@mavenwestclothing.com for assistance. Please be advised that once your order has been processed, we can no longer cancel your order. If it is a refundable item, simply request a return label from our Customer Service team and they will assist you accordingly.
If an item is Out of Stock, we will be sure to notify you about the item and process your order with the items available. If you have not received your refund notification from our customer service team, please let us know. The amount charged for an Out of Stock item, will be issued back to the original form of payment + taxes (if applicable). Refund times are dependent on your payment provider - processing times can take approximately 1-7 business day(s).
An order may be cancelled by our automated system if it cannot be processed. We will be sure to notify you that the order has been cancelled and welcome you to purchase your item(s) again with another form of payment.
Damages
Maven West takes pride in textile, construction and garment quality and looks to provide you with the best version of the Maven West styles.
All Maven West items are inspected upon shipping, but please inspect all items as well as report all damages viewed once you have received your order. We want you to receive the best or provide you with a refund no matter if the item is 'on sale', 'final sale' or regular price.
Please note that more information may need to be provided when reporting a damage item(s). Simply, contact Maven West customer service at Info@mavenwestclothing.com for more assistance.
Returns Process
Please contact the Maven West customer service team via the Contact Page or at Info@mavenwestclothing.com to receive authorization for your return. All returns must be authorized by the Maven West customer service team in order to be processed.
Please note, any return sent to the Maven West office that has not been authorized by the customer service team will be 'Returned to Sender'.
Once your return request has been accepted you will receive an email with the shipping address to provide your Return to. A pre-paid shipping label can be provided upon request with the deduction of the label cost taken from your processed return (limit one label per order). Return packages must be postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was received.
If you do not use the Maven West return label, please have your carrier's tracking information to ensure receipt of your return to our warehouse. Maven West is not liable for lost/damaged returns. Credits will only be issued for received goods if they meet the return policy criteria.
Store Credit
Maven West online store credit can be purchased as a gift card or issued to you by our customer service team. Unless otherwise stated, the online store credit can be used at any time within 1 year of activation. After 1 year of the store credits activation, the store credit will become void and cannot be redeemed. The store credit will be issued to the customer's email which was provided at checkout. Please be sure to check your spam or junk email box in the case that you are unable to locate your store credit.
If you cannot locate your store credit, please contact the Maven West customer service team at Info@mavenwestclothing.com.
The store credit balance is electronically managed by the Maven West store credit system and cannot be manually adjusted by the customer or any member of the Maven West team. Please be advised that store credit cannot be redeemed as cash or be refunded.
Payment Methods
Maven West accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted by our payment processor.
AfterPay. Pay for your purchase over four equal installments, due every two weeks. Allows you to pay when it suits you best. This payment option is only available on US orders.
Store Credit and Online Gift Codes. you can also use store credit or an online gift codes. You can easily enter your code in the Gift Code section under the Promotion Code + section when completing checkout. They NEVER expire and may be combined with promotions.
PayPal payment option is also available for those with funded PayPal accounts.
